Shipping & Returns

Shipping--We try to ship as quickly as possible with most orders shipping the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are usually processed Monday thru Saturday unless a holiday is involved. Most of our packages ship via USPS, if another carrier is preferred please notify us by phone.

We try to keep the shipping cost as low as possible and we do credit any overcharges.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Returns--We will gladly refund or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase in new, unused condition. Exceptions are any custom made items and healthcare products which are non-returnable. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return and we will cover the shipping costs. We may opt, depending on the situation, to not have a product shipped back to us at our cost but we will cover the cost to ship the correct item to you.
To make a return or exchange simply ship the item back to us with a note in the box as to what you would like us to do. If the return or exchange is not our fault we will need to charge the shipping cost back to you. Any item returned with dog hair on it will incur a 5.00 cleaning fee.
