Made with 1900 lb test 1" nylon webbing and closed cell foam padding covered with a durable nylon oxford waterproof fabric. The tug ropes are color coded to the size of the harness and graduated for an easy fit into the gangline. 24" of 3M reflective tape sewn on can be added and is located on the neck, sides and tail. DISTANCE HARNESS We have improved on the 2003 model by using triple thick fleece padding instead of closed cell foam, the fleece is covered with our waterproof nylon oxford fabric to keep it from getting wet. The padding now runs all the way back to the tail giving maximum comfort to the dog's hips. It is still an X-Back style harness made with 5000 lb test 1" nylon webbing for a minimum amount of stretch, which can cause too much rubbing over the hips. The harness is designed to stay where it is supposed to, helping to prevent armpit rubs. There is 24" of 3M Reflective tape sewn on located on the neck, sides and tail. Stock colors are blue webbing with blue padding and red webbing with red padding. Other webbing colors available are green, purple or black and padding colors are green, teal, burgundy or yellow. Padded Tracking Harness made with 3500 lb test nylon webbing, fully padded with 300 weight triple thick fleece. The harness stops halfway down the dogs back and offers a lot of adjustability using a Delrin quick clip. This style of harness works better than a standard sled dog harness for skijoring because the angle of the line from skier to the dog is steeper and causes lifting when using for example an X-Back harness. Stock color is blue, Sizes S, M and L.
