We will gladly refund or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase in new, unused condition. Exceptions are any custom made items, and healthcare products which are non-returnable.  Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return and we will cover the shipping costs. We may opt, depending on the situation, to not have a product shipped back to us at our cost, we will cover the cost to ship the correct item to you.
To make a return/exchange simply ship the item back to us with a note in the box as to what you would like us to do. If the return or exchange is not our fault we will need to charge the shipping cost back to you.  Any item returned with dog hair on it will incur a 5.00 cleaning fee.
